Prompt: What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.

Prompt Response: The most challenging part of working in a group is the amount of effort each person puts in as it will never be equal and I have first hand experience since it happened not too long ago when I was in a group project and I was the only capable person of doing a proper analysis and answering the questions with in depth explanations. Honestly that group project did not go as planned due to the fact that while I did my part of the work early, doing a quantitative amount of slides. My group mates only finished their part on the day of the deadline, I learned from that experience by deciding that if I were ever to be in a group project again I should help my other group mates with their own assigned task if they need it by giving them instructions or one task at a time that makes it possible for them to be willing to do the work.

Summary: Today in class we listened to Mr. Rease talk about yet...another group project 💀. We got to choose our groups this time though, it led to more efficiency and socialite in terms of connection. Using our connection we discussed and planned out how the group project would go thus far and haven't gotten started working on it yet which we were planning to do later today or tomorrow.

Reflection: Today I learned that Cheryl's stepfather Eddie didn't want to be their for Cheryl and her siblings when her mother died. This impacted me by making me feel sympathy for Cheryl as I resonate with her on how she feels about Eddie leaving them when their mother died and moved on quite fast which makes me wonder if he even cared in the first place if she was gone. In the future I will use this for the group project to highlight a 'key' moment when it comes to the Context Window which is number 1.
