In the spirit of Valentine’s Day week, describe your idea of a perfect day spent with someone you care about (a friend, family member, or significant person in your life).

Prompt Response: My idea of a perfect day spent with someone I care about has to be my imaginary girlfriend. Why? Well that's obvious, because she does anything I want her to even if she isn't real, and I talk to her sometimes during the day although I think that spending time with her is what counts most! Like the saying goes if "game is game" then "a person is a person" right? So on forth I believe in cherishing in this imaginary girlfriend I have and taking her out on dates. Or it could be a movie night, or we could sit outside under the stars. There are many possibilities but if I had to choose one it's where the flowers grow.

Summary: Today in class we listened to another group that did Chapter 10, although hilariously empty with myself speaking about the chapter enthusiastically I think it went pretty well as I engaged in the discussion with them as I really thought about them from the perspective of myself.

Reflection: Today I learned that Cheryl's journey wasn't calm and easy as she eventually comes across a rude old couple that kicks her off their land during the night because she's a "trespasser" under legal laws with no remorse in them to at least give her a place to stay. This impacted me by cursing them inwardly and thinking to myself "Who do these old-geezers think they are? Business owners? In my wildest dreams!", to which made me feel a bit angry and sad for Cheryl as she has to walk through the bitter night alone and scared of anything happening to her. In the future I might use this when discussing with others or the discussion questions I bring up for my Context Window for Chapter 11 that I am currently assigned since we only have to focus on Chapter 10 for the Context Window.

Recall a specific incident when someone’s words offended you. Describe what was said, how it made you feel, and what actions you took in response. Reflect on whether your response helped resolve the situation or changed how you think about communication.

What is something that society once accepted but now sees as wrong, or something we still accept today that might be viewed as wrong in the future? Explain your reasoning.
