Describe how you spent your time, any activities, traditions, travel, hobbies, or moments that stood out to you. You may also discuss something new you tried, something you learned, or how the break helped you reset before returning to school. Keep your response appropriate for a school setting and focus on experiences you are comfortable sharing publicly

Prompt Summary: During my break, I won't say I did a lot of things but a few things that could be summarized as my "break". During this break I had a goal of starting to study for my ASVAB which started off slow but then snowballed into a lot of things for March2Success to which I completed around almost three courses (Reading Comprehension, Grammar, and Basic Aritmethic <Listed from first to last>). The hardest being Grammar since it was so confusing just learning it but sooner or later thanks to ChatGPT since my strong suit is spatial awareness or pattern recognition I understood that it's more of a mechanism or structure that's simplified. Other than that my hobbies were usually listening to music, sleeping (I did not do much of that), and especially reading the webnovel Reverend Insanity, to which I read over 400 chapters! Reaching chapter 1904, to which before the break I was at chapter 1452 which in terms of reading Wild, it'd have to be atleast 2 or 3 times of the entire book in terms of words alone. My favorite moment was Wu Shuai's tragic backstory of him having to sacrifice a lot just to end up losing in the end/aka the extermination of his race (dragon men) and him, it was more of an interesting side story.

Summary: Today in class we read a poem called "Still I Rise" by Maya Angelou and gave our own interpretations over certain lines that were either a simile or a metaphor.

Reflection: Today I learned that the poem "Still I Rise" by Maya Angelou shares a lot of traits about perseverance and getting over a lot of obstacles that shape who 'we' and 'she' is at the same time. This impacted me by connecting to moment's I read from Reverend Insanity that are very similar to it despite their vast differences of attacking different aspects, it made me feel a sense of nostalgia over past events from Reverend Insanity where Fang Yuan specifically quoted "In this life I hope to become the real moon, rising above the mountains and heavens, toying with the clouds and seas, following the ancient times and walk in the darkness above the various heavens". In the future I will use this to help me analyze things faster compared to before by connecting similar or the same moments to get it done faster so I don't lack behind.
