Write about something you’ve outgrown but still miss.

Prompt Response: Something that I've outgrown but still miss is being able to play video games, the thing that I miss about it is the friends that I made and the connections that I made however I had lost them all. I don't regret it though, since I wasn't good at it and nothing came out of it even if I enjoyed it a little.

Summary: Today in class we read over the first half of Chapter 7 and did the discussion questions with our homework concluding a summary over the other half and some insight about it. Presentations are tomorrow.

Reflection: Today I learned that Cheryl did not give in to her old self-destructive habits even though she had the opportunity to which she then lost all her condoms in the end. This impacted me by making me feel mood swings from when she kept one in secret which showed that she had doubts and lingering desires of the "just one more" mentality to a breath of relief that she in fact did not give in and is continuing on her self-improvement journey and persevering which is what I admire about her. In the future I will use this information just in case in the future by the end that this action does influence her future self in terms of growth, and to add this as part of a memory of how the story went when she reached Kennedy Meadows and left.

What is something that society once accepted but now sees as wrong, or something we still accept today that might be viewed as wrong in the future? Explain your reasoning.
