Analyze how you’ve adapted to the demands of this course over the past week, and evaluate one strength and one challenge you anticipate as we progress, justifying your insights with personal examples.

Prompt Response: I've adapted to the demands of this course over this pass week by putting in more effort on getting my work done and trying to be efficient despite me failing at that, but...one day I will eventually get there maybe not today or tomorrow though. One strength that I have is my determination to do something, that resolve to keep going no matter on how bad it maybe. One challenge that I anticipate is getting started to do something like work or doing something that I need as the hardest thing for me is to get started, but once I do it's easy going from there as I don't quit what I start. For example my determination to keep going on a homework assignment in math despite me having difficulties with it and taking the easy way out, I didn't stop and kept on going until I finally got it done and understood the concept. I've gained a lot of insights over the course of my life, and one of them being that discipline is key as I was a lazy person, at some point I realized that actions are everything to a person's life.

Summary: Today in class we finished up with our mask and got started on working on our mask reflection which has to contain 150-200 words.

Reflection: Today I learned on how I should write about my cultural identity from my teacher as some insights on what I can add to my mask. This impacted me by opening my mind to new possibilities for this assignment that we're working on. I will use this in the future to try to be more open minded to other possibilities from others as well as myself.
